The Story Behind the Golfanizer

The Start.

Hi,

I’m Thomas – passionate golfer, mechanical engineer, and a lifelong wood enthusiast. When life got busier with work and a growing family, I built a golf simulator at home to make the most of my limited time on the course. Due to space and ceiling constraints, I had to install it outdoors – and that’s where the real challenge began: organizing my clubs.

There simply wasn’t a practical or stylish solution for storing them. So I designed something new – a golf club display rack unlike anything on the market. That’s how the Golfanizer was born.

The Start.

The first prototype, made from leftover wood, quickly proved its worth. What started as a simple space-saver became a game-changer. With each round, I realized the real value lay in its unmatched ergonomics and efficiency. Going back to a regular golf bag felt clumsy. That’s when I knew – this was something special.

With my background in mechanical engineering and experience building furniture that has even been featured in design magazines (yes, I’m proud of that), I couldn’t wait to fully develop the Golfanizer and build the tools for a small-scale production.

Hi,

I’m Deni – best friends with Thomas since kindergarten.
I’m also a big golf enthusiast, product manager, and hands-on craftsman with a passion for wood.
I’ve followed the project closely from the very beginning, and Thomas involved me early on in decisions about the product.
Our trip to a golf tournament in Munich, where we brought the prototype and tested it in a simulator the day before – that was the moment I said:

I knew I could contribute both my professional and personal experience.
I was – and still am – fully convinced by the product.

Now or never.

On September 1st, 2024, we officially founded Guldi + Lumpp Golfanizer GbR, united by one clear goal:
To establish the Golfanizer as the new standard for indoor golf and simulators.

Because once you’ve played a round using this golf club display rack, you’ll never want to go back.

Now, our journey is just beginning.
